This document (“Disclaimer”, “Agreement”, “Privacy Policy”, “Document”) is an agreement between Raise up the Saints (“RUTS”, “RUTS.UK”, “Founder”, “Operator”, “Ministry”, “us”, “we”, “I” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Document sets forth the general guidelines, terms and conditions of your use of the RUTS website and any of its products and/or services (collectively, “Website”, “Site”, “Services” or “Products”).
DISCLOSURE
Raise up the Saints (RUTS) is a Christian, Non‑Denominational, Evangelical, Motorcycle Ministry.
RUTS operates solely as a non-profit Ministry. All funding is used solely for the well-being of the motorcycle community.
RUTS obtains its funding, solely by means of:
- Personal funds (web hosting, domain & email charges, petrol & maintenance, tracts, bibles).
- Public Donations (via this website and sometimes on the road).
- Sponsorships from motorcycle businesses/enterprises (to enable purchasing of equipment, more N/T Bibles, information booklets – various subjects, or as specified by the Sponsor(s). RUTS will place their logo with a URL link to any Sponsor(s) own website, on the Home page (index), in the bottom (footer) section. This is negotiable subject to approval from the Founder/Operator.
PRIVACY POLICY
Raise up the Saints (RUTS) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you choose to provide.
Information RUTS collects
RUTS may collect personal information such as: Name, Email address or Messages submitted through the contact or prayer request forms.
Prayer requests may be submitted anonymously – don’t worry, God knows who you are!
How RUTS uses your Information
Information submitted through this website is used solely for: Ministry communication, Responding to inquiries, Prayer and Pastoral care.
RUTS does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
RUTS abides by all UK legislation, local & national.
- If asked for such information by any official (such as Police, Customs, Immigration etc) without official documentation or a legal right, it will be denied.
- If requested by an English court to disclose any personal information, then RUTS has no other option, than to comply.

Safeguarding – For your safety
If you are approached by someone, who introduces themselves as Muz, Mike or Michael Muscroft and claim they are from RUTS. Do not disclose any personal information of any kind to them, until you have checked their ID as per the list below. Also, keep in mind that RUTS is a one man show.
I carry with me at all times:
- a genuine RUTS business card
- a valid UK photo driving licence
- a valid UK (MOD) Veterans ID card
- And I look like my photo
